Letra Bombástica, Lda., headquartered in Portugal, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the rollbend.pt website. This data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected: Through the forms on our website, we collect the following personal data: full name, company, email address and telephone number.

Purpose of processing: The data collected is used to respond to requests for information and quotations, to send commercial proposals and, with express consent, to send newsletters and other Rollbend marketing communications.

Legal basis: Data processing is based on the consent of the data subject, given when the form is completed, and on Rollbend's legitimate interest in managing commercial relationships.

Access to data: Your data is accessed exclusively by the Rollbend marketing team. It is not shared with third parties, except where required by legal obligation.

Data retention: Personal data is retained for the period required by law or for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. After that period, the data is securely deleted.

Your rights: Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, correct it, request its deletion, object to its processing and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out previously.

To exercise any of these rights, send an email to geral@rollbend.pt with the subject "Data Protection", stating your name and the request you wish to make. Rollbend will respond within a maximum of 30 days.
