- Choose the pipe type and the required configuration.
- Set the parameters: the bend angle or the offset value, in cm.
- Insert the pipe into the die and press START.
- Wait for the cycle to finish, with completion confirmed on the screen.
With every step displayed on the screen, training new operators becomes easier and production no longer depends on a single person.
3. Greater versatility in a single machine
Not every order requires the same part. The E-SMART ELBOWS produces bends and offsets in front or side configurations and works with both rectangular and round downpipes.
What you can select on the screen:
- Pipe sizes: 60x80, 75x105, Ø80 and Ø100.
- Bend or offset, in front or side configurations.
- Bend angles of 30°, 45°, 70° or 90°, with advanced options for specific applications.
- Optional compensation when required by the job.
This allows you to handle a wide range of jobs with a single piece of equipment, without turning down orders simply because they require a different size or configuration.
4. Quick setup, safe operation and a compact footprint
In a workshop, time lost on adjustments and tool changes adds up throughout the day. The E-SMART ELBOWS is designed to make tool changes quick and completely tool-free.
Safety is also built into the touchscreen interface:
- Warning when the emergency stop is activated, with instructions on how to reset the machine.
- Jam detection, with instructions for releasing and ejecting the pipe.
- Compact dimensions (650 x 371 x 582 mm) and a net weight of 115 kg, allowing the machine to fit into a workshop without taking up too much space.
- Single-phase 230 V power supply and 2.3 kW installed power.
In other words, a machine that is easy to install and alerts the operator whenever intervention is required.
