Four-roll plate roll designed for precise, fast and efficient forming of sheet metal. It allows exact positioning, pre-bending of the edges and continuous forming in a single pass.
The QuadRoll uses a system made up of one top roll, one bottom roll and two side rolls, allowing the sheet to be clamped and bent continuously and in a controlled way in a single operation. The pre-bending function allows the edges of the sheet to be bent precisely before the main rolling, eliminating flat zones and ensuring uniform curvature from the start to the end of the part. The hydraulic system ensures stable pressure and precise roll positioning.
Minimum cylinder diameter this plate roll can form, depending on the model and plate thickness.
