Three-roll plate roll designed for precise, efficient bending of sheet metal. It uses a system of synchronized rolls to ensure uniform forming and excellent finish quality.
The TriRoll bends the sheet through the coordinated movement of one top roll and two bottom rolls, gradually deforming the material to the desired curvature. The conical rolling function allows the processing of cone-shaped parts — ideal for ducts, conical transitions and tanks. The three-roll structure, combined with a reliable electromechanical system, ensures uniform force distribution and high repeatability between parts.
Minimum cylinder diameter this plate roll can form, depending on the model and plate thickness.
