The RB-LG300 was designed specifically for the production of floor (deck) panels with high structural rigidity. The system processes fixed widths of 300mm and thicknesses between 1.2 and 2.2mm, reaching forming speeds of up to 35 m/min. The standard tooling includes seven operations (end truss, service hole, web notch, fixing flanges, among others), ensuring parts that are ready for direct assembly on site.
