Intelligent, flexible roll forming system for building walls, floors and roofs in residential buildings of 1 to 3 floors, modular units and light commercial construction — with high precision and production efficiency.
The RB-LS2025 produces profiles with widths of 63mm, 75mm, 89mm and 140mm, in thicknesses of up to 1.6mm (16 gauge), reaching production speeds of up to 2700 meters per hour. The equipment supports butt-to-butt truss assembly and fast horizontal installation, and is compatible with eleven standard tools: end truss, swage, web hole, dimple, web notch, service hole, triple web hole and lip notch, among others.
C (stud) and U (track) profile system — the C fits inside the U to form the framework for walls, ceilings and roofs.
