Roll forming machine with integrated Vertex BD software, designed to generate production code directly from the construction drawing — minimizing material waste and preparation time in residential and light commercial projects.
The RB-LS2021 integrates the HBS LGS production system, which receives the output data from Vertex BD and controls the equipment directly, reducing the material waste typically associated with angled or straight cuts to less than 2%. The roll forming system uses 12 roll groups with shafts ground twice to guarantee the accuracy of the final product, and includes hydraulic cutting, inkjet printing for part identification, and a 4-meter output table.
